【Step 1: Basic Brightness Adjustment】
iOS users: Long press the brightness bar in Control Center and drag it to the far right. Go to "Settings → Display & Brightness" and turn off "Auto Brightness" (iOS 13+) or "Accessibility → Display & Text Size" and turn it off (older versions). Android users: Swipe down from the top and drag the sun icon. Huawei/Xiaomi users need to turn off "Smart Resolution" in "Settings → Display".

【Step 2: Turn Off Dark Screen Function】
1. True Tone Display: Long press the brightness bar in Control Center to turn off the bottom left button, or turn it off directly in "Settings → Display & Brightness". Testing shows that a cooler white tone improves viewing comfort.

2. Night Shift Mode: Turn off "Timed On" or drag the color temperature bar to the coolest setting. The screen will be clear and not yellowish at night.

【Step 3: Ultimate Color Temperature Calibration】
iOS path: "Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Color Filters → Hue". Drag the Intensity/Hue slider all the way to the left. Testing shows a significant improvement in HDR video color reproduction. Android users can carefully adjust the color temperature parameters through developer mode.

【Step 4: Hardware Self-Check Checklist】
1. Clean the sensors in the notch/earpiece area to avoid obstruction by oil or grease;
2. Turn off power saving mode and then adjust brightness when the battery is low;
3. Update to the latest system to fix brightness bugs.
